Design a system that would help eliminate or greatly reduce the downtime and cost associated with all of the current issues the screw conveyor was giving.

Imperial Conveying Systems Solution

Designed a belt conveying system that met all the requirements and cut the maintenance cost of operation for the existing screw system exponentially. Upon installation and commissioning, the downtime was virtually eliminated.
